The client

Schools Partnerships Trust Academies (SPTA) is a charitable organisation who look after over 30 schools within the Doncaster region. After working with them for a number of years, they asked us to sponsor their annual black tie dinner and we jumped at the opportunity to sponsor the creative design of the event along with invites, menus and table plan.

The task

With creative freedom (sponsors privilege!), we wanted to create something special for the event to not only provide a high class backdrop but to showcase our creative abilities to the invitees. The invitation pack, which included the tickets, map and itinerary for the evening, was printed in two colours with metallic silver and silver foil blocking for a premium touch.

Invitation

The tickets, map and itinerary were individually produced pieces that tucked neatly behind two triangle flaps. This was held in place by folding back through two slits in the cover to give the black tie effect on the front.
