20 years of proudly producing the English Heritage handbook
Condensing 2,000 years of history into a visually stunning handbook isn't easy.
That's why English Heritage initially approached us to design a new handbook for them, little did we know at the time, but this would mark the start of a partnership that's lasted over 20 years.
Despite the decades-long partnership, we pour our all into making each iteration of the handbook completely fresh, and always start the process with extensive research. We interview curators, site managers, and the visitors themselves. Their insights helped shape content hierarchies, image selection, and the handbook's overall flow.

Barnsley 2030: redefining Barnsley’s brand identity
Over recent years, Barnsley town centre has seen a complete transformation - a project that required a clear vision and identity.
As an agency with roots in Barnsley and a healthy dose of local talent on our team, we were well-positioned to build Barnsley’s bold new brand.
From the outset, our aim was to dispel all the clichés about the town - out with the flat cap image and dowdy industrial colours, and in with a bright, fresh palette, positive messages, imagery, and compelling stories that resonate with the spirit and people of Barnsley.
