Rebranding specialist in the hire, sale and lease of portable and modular buildings.

Pickerings operate from eleven strategically located depots across England, and manage an extensive fleet of mobile and static temporary accommodation units for hire, mainly in the construction industry.

CGI and video

To make specification of modular units easier, they commissioned a suite of CGI illustrations that would form part of an online ‘drag and drop’ tool that customers could use to create their own modular building layouts.

Our vision and values

We were asked to help define vision and values and also bring them to life with an informal design style that was used around the offices and on merchandise to embed the new brand within the business.

Lead generation focused website

To encapsulate the new brand and generate leads, we designed and built the Pickerings website - showcasing the new brand and their product offering. 

This also included their modular building tool - an interactive tool which allows users to select from a range of modular units and map out their ideal solution, to submit it as an enquiry. 

Sector based digital marketing through Google Ads

To drive lead generation, we worked closely with Pickerings to define an approach which covered both service level and sector level, highlighting key sectors to target. 

We developed content for sector focused landing pages, tailoring each to the needs and language of that audience, supported by strong, purposeful content. 

Over the 3 years that followed, our strategy has continually evolved, and we've explored a range of different sectors to find the areas that deliver the best via PPC. The results continue to deliver a continued stream of high-quality enquiries, with the cost per acquisition falling 34% year on year.
