Navigating easily around the Frenchgate Shopping Centre is essential for a great customer experience. Both the interior and external signage and wayfinding were dated in style, confusing to use and in need of an uplift. We introduced a bold colour scheme and clean, informative icons to ensure a more engaging experience for the customer.
