Handbook design & printing for English Heritage

Meet English Heritage – a charity managing over 400 historic monuments, buildings and places.

We've designed the English Heritage handbook for over 20 years.

One of the main challenges we face each year is to redesign the brochure with a fresh approach, as well as making sure the information within the handbook is up to date and accurate. There number of pages is limited to 360 so we have to find creative ways to set pages and get the right balance between text and imagery to keep those pages turning.

Our design team conduct a thorough research and discovery phase to get insights from English Heritage, as well as members of the public who have visited the attractions. The mission is to bring the story of England to life and attract people to the properties, monuments and places that English Heritage manage.

We've got a library of handbooks that we proudly showcase in our design studio. The fact that we have been asked to do this for so many years is testament to the quality of our brochure design work and we welcome the opportunity to continue designing the English Heritage handbook for many years to come.
