Rizon Jet, located at Doha, Quatar and London Biggin Hill airports, is unique in the world of business aviation – combining a FBO and MRO in a single, world-class fully integrated facility. The twin operations are unified not just by the quality of the state-of-the-art facilities but by the exceptional service delivered by everyone from engineers to front-of-house customer service professionals.
As the company had not marketed these two facilities since opening in 2011, they approached Ledgard Jepson to develop and implement a fully integrated online and offline marketing strategy to cover both facilities.
We first set to work on the central proposition and key messages creating “Another World”. This underpinned every aspect of the business from the luxurious 7 star FBO (Fixed Based Operations) to the highly technical MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations). A lifestyle photo shoot was commissioned which was aligned to the "Another World" proposition along with more clinical, technical shots in the MRO.
We then created a suite of marketing materials aimed at raising and maintaining awareness of the company across their target high-end target markets including private aircraft owners, end users, brokers, key influencers, service providers, aircraft manufacturers, associated high end luxury brands.
Finally a fully responsive website was created to backup the campaigns which showcased the breadth of the companies expanding offer.
A PR and social media plan was put in place to target associated publications and high-end luxury channels along with sponsorship of some key events. In all we provided:
