Eve

Previously known as Eve Trakway, Eve is the UK’s largest supplier of temporary access solutions, barriers and fencing and has been supplying the UK for over 45 years. Their clients include Glastonbury Festival, the London Marathon, and the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Having worked with Eve Trakway for many years, Ledgard Jepson already had a great understanding of the company and its products. After acquiring traffic management company ATM and a mobile lighting company Brichtlights, it was clear that the companies existing name, Eve Trakway, did not fully represent the scope of services on offer, nor did it allow for any future expansion of the business.

Eve asked Ledgard Jepson to rename and rebrand the company with the aim of bringing all of their companies in under one unified brand. They also asked us to design their corporate literature and build a new website.

Traditionally, the main focus of the companies brand had been its products, but after conducting customer research and assessing existing surveys and feedback forms it was clear that the focus should instead switch to the excellent customer service they provide.

The new identity has real personality! The ‘e’ characters were brought to life with a smile and some careful crafting of the counters and adjustment of the angles. This represented the companies commitment to customer service along with a set of 5 values that all underpinned the brand proposition "our products are temporary, our service is permanent"

I've had a professional relationship with Ledgard Jepson for the best part of 15 years and they have consistently delivered a quality product. They are consistently pushing our brand forward, whilst understanding the sensitivities of the stakeholders. I've had reason to work with other agencies in this decade and a half, but have always returned to David, Dan and their teams because, in my experience, they are the best agency to build a long term relationship with.
