Tour Ya Botswana
We've all heard of the Tour De France and Giro D'Italia, so when we were asked by our long standing client The King's Foundation to create an identity for a similar high profile cycling event in Botswana, we jumped at the chance.
Tour Ya Botswana is an amateur 1,000km cycling tour from Kasane to Gaborone that aims to raise funds and profile of the King's Foundation and BOSASnet, (the two recipient charities) and raise the profile of cycling in Botswana. The event will attract national and international attention and many high profile individuals and companies have expressed an interest in being associated.
Our designers created an energetic logo which represented the fast action sport of cycling. The colours were chosen to represent the blue and black flag from this patriotic nation. Initially, it will appear on the tour website (which was also designed by our team) at www.touryabotswana.org where the energetic amongst you can not only find out more about the event, but can take part.
