Eve website
Eve Trakway are a brand leader in the supply of temporary access systems and related products and services (barriers, fencing, security etc) throughout the UK. If you've been to Glastonbury then at some point you'll have stood on or queued next to or leaned on one of their products.
We've worked with Eve for a number of years, and in late 2009 were appointed to review their brand and marketing materials, including their website.
On the previous Eve website, their products and services were promoted to each ‘industry' that Eve works within, which inevitably led to a lot of duplication, which in turn led to problems for both SEO (search engine optimisation) and the administrators who were tasked with keeping the website up-to-date. So, our first task involved reviewing their online content strategy and information architecture, ensuring that their website was focussed more on addressing the needs of their customers than explaining how Eve categorised their customers.
We redesigned and redeveloped the Eve Trakway website and developed a bespoke CMS (content management system) that allows Eve to manage both the content and structure of their website and also to compose branded email newsletters.
The resulting website is simple to navigate, easy to understand and very customer-centric. We continue to work with Eve to develop their website and online services, with a few exciting add-ons now under development (watch this space!).
