LJ own policies provide a framework for these activities and their continued development with regard to business activities, products and services. All employees of LJ are encouraged to adopt the principles of the policies to help the company meet its objectives. The CSR policy is directed at board level and is reviewed regularly.
LJ is continuously evolving an action plan covering a range of issues, including procurement, travel and management of the company workspace and its impact on the environment, which seeks to:
- Ensure that all LJ services continue to develop and facilitate the sustainability policy
- Continue to set best practice standards to meet of surpass the requirements of environmental legislation
- Maximise the efficient use of resources and minimise waste generation
Conduct our operations in a manner committed to conservation, remediation of environmental contamination and prevention of pollution - Develop procurement to encompass social, ethical and environmental criteria to achieve best overall value
- Encourage our clients, suppliers and partners to adopt sound environmental, social and sustainable policies
LJ supports For a Better Life with Epilepsy (F.A.B.L.E.) and its employees are involved in fundraising by participating in Race for Life marathons.
LJ is committed to seeking continuous improvement in its own performance on CSR and in assisting its clients to promote their own CSR policies through the provision of its knowledge in this area.
