After Qualifying in design & commnications in 1996, Paul left his native Sheffield to join a leading brand consultancy in the Midlands where he helped the company grow through clinical design and award winning work on major accounts such as Speedo and Boots.

After a loyal 11 years, Paul felt it was time to push his career forward and was tempted back to Yorkshire to seek a like-minded agency where he could further develop his talents. Paul joined Ledgard Jepson in January 2008 to work in new surroundings with new challenges that matched his skills and enthusiasm, plus the desire to work collaboratively with a great team helping clients realise their true potential.
