Harriet is responsible for front-of-house administration and reception, and making everything run smoothly. She’s also responsible for that all-important first contact; ensuring clients are welcomed warmly and efficiently, whether in person or over the phone—a role she embraces with skill and enthusiasm. Harriet joined us in 2006 after working in customer services for a leading bank, following her studies in Performing Arts at Huddersfield Technology College.
