Following a fully integrated marketing campaign by Ledgard Jepson, a landmark residential development in the heart of Sheffield sold 40% of its apartments nine months before completion.

Property developer The Raven Group asked Ledgard Jepson to target buyers for Kelham Riverside’s mix of one- and two-bedroomed luxury apartments. Complete with timber-decked terraces and riverside views, the £43m development forms part of a stunning new urban village, complete with bars, restaurants, shops, in a tranquil waterside setting.

Ledgard Jepson’s creative, communications and new media teams delivered a comprehensive marketing campaign incorporating press advertising, all printed materials, external advertising/site boards, event management of the show suite launch, promotional DVD, brochure, PR to print and broadcast media, and website.
