Towers Investments is a South Yorkshire property developer with a broad industrial and residential portfolio.
Towers Investments wanted to create a highly visual and dynamic brand to express the appeal of its flagship development—an impressive building strategically placed at a gateway into Sheffield city centre.
Ledgard Jepson was commissioned to develop a name for the development and to create its brand identity. We were also asked to create an eye-catching brochure to promote the development to business leaders.
We used the development’s stunning landmark position, its design and its premium offer as the inspiration for the brand and visual identity. We came up with the name ‘Head Quarters’, developed into a clean and typographically strong brand identity, ‘HQ’. Our hard-backed concertina brochure used vibrant photography and CGI illustration, including a panoramic vista of the city’s skyline—a view which would be enjoyed from the seventh floor.
The entire building was sold off-plan ahead of completion: a rare success in today’s development market. Paul Williams, managing director of Towers Investments, said: “The highly creative brand work and collateral were pivotal in the sale of Head Quarters in its entirety—in one fell swoop. We simply could not have achieved such a fantastic success if it weren’t for the exceptionally creative talents of Ledgard Jepson.”
